Thank you for your interest in joining Sitting With Pride! Our caregivers are professional nannies, trusted babysitters, and compassionate youth mentors dedicated to creating a safe space for San Diego children.

Please note our minimum requirements to join are the following:

Comprehensive Vetting : Must pass rigorous criminal background and reference checks.

Health & Safety Verified: Hold a current CPR/First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain one).
Community Aligned: Possess a passionate, identity-affirming, and inclusive approach to childcare.
Experienced Professionals: Have a proven track record of at least 3 years of professional childcare, nanny experience, or youth advocacy employment.
