Our Matching Process & Fees:

• Step 1: The Family Consultation ($250) – Initiates your personalized search, covers upfront screening costs, and unlocks our fully vetted San Diego network.

• Step 2: Custom Matching – We present hand-selected caregiver profiles tailored to your specific schedule, identity, and lifestyle needs.

• Step 3: The Perfect Match – Once you select your caregiver and finalize your contract, a success-based placement fee is calculated based on the scope of your family's custom search requirements.
